Vegan MoFo Day 1: The Plan
MoFo officially starts today, and I still haven’t finished my vacation posts. I’ll get back to those shortly, but wanted to share what I’m planning this month. I’m going to try my best to post every day. My first year, I started a blog, last year I posted more than the year before, and this year my goal is to post every single day. Sleep is overrated, anyway!
My general plan is:
Music Mondays: Dishes based on songs with food in the title.
Pantry Challenge Tuesday:I have a food hoarding problem. If it weren’t for my husband, I’d probably convert the spare bedroom into a pantry.I’m going to make some meals using only stuff I already have in my pantry. I’ll make exceptions for produce, but no buying lentils and sticking them in my pantry!
Pinterest Wednesday: Are you using pinterest? It’s a fun, visual way to save bookmarks. I’m going to make some of the recipes I’ve seen and bookmarked through the site.
Raw Food Thursday: I love the challenge of making something tasty using uncooked ingredients. I’m going to get out my spiralizer, dust off my dehydrator, and make some raw recipes from books and blogs–instead of just staring at them.
Flax Friday: I need to use up those six bottles of flax oil and four bags of flax meal in something besides oatmeal.
Weekends will be freeform. I’ll have more vacation recaps, restaurant meals, and maybe some product reviews. We’re going away two of the weekends, so there may be some blogging from the road.
