MoFo Day 4: Chickpeas & Broccoli

Part of my challenge for this month, besides posting every day, is to try and use up a food from my pantry, refrigerator, and freezer. Happy Vegan Mofo/Vegan Day! I started out today, meaning to take photos of everything I ate, but by the time I got to a very late lunch, I was too hungry to stop shoveling food in my mouth long enough to take a shot with my phone’s camera.
