Carl and I decided to get away from the snow and darkness a few weeks ago, and headed to The Big Island in Hawaii. We had an amazing time hiking, swimming, and relaxing. We also visited Volcanoes National Park, and although we only saw steam, not flowing lava it was still incredible walking on “new” earth.
